August 2008 - Grand Union Housing Group opens prestigious scheme in Bedford
Leading east of England social housing provider, Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG), in partnership with VE Parrott (Oakley) Ltd, has built a prestigious development within Bedford town centre. GUHG developed this scheme for its subsidiary organisation, Aragon Housing Association.
July 2008 - Grand Union refurbishes landmark Rushden hotel
Leading east of England social housing provider, Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG), has refurbished the historic Rilton Hotel in the town centre of Rushden in East Northamptonshire. GUHG developed this scheme for its subsidiary organisation Aragon Housing Association.

Grand Union Housing Group, a leading social housing provider in the east of England, believes in providing accessible services not just to our tenants, but also to the wider community. To this end, we have recently installed Browsealoud software to speech enable our websites.
March 2008 - Grand Union Housing Group is launched
We are delighted to announce the formation of Grand Union Housing Group, which started operating on Monday 17 March 2008, when the transfer of 2,900 homes from South Northamptonshire Council to South Northants Homes completed. The new group structure comprises: Aragon Housing Association, MacIntyre Housing Association and the newly formed South Northants Homes.
