Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) is committed to providing new affordable homes across its area of operation.
Since the Group's formation in March 2008 we have successfully delivered over 500 new homes. We intend to grow and build on what we have already achieved.

We have expertise in the areas of asset management, supported housing, Section 106 delivery, partnership working to procure subsidised land and rural delivery, which we believe is key to success.

We have estabilshed excellent working relationships with our exisiting stakeholders and are keen to develop new ones.
