Delivering new homes

We have an active development programme with a target to deliver 200 units each year. This target was exceeded in 2010 and 2011.

We provide development services to the Group’s three subsidiary organisations, Aragon Housing Association, MacIntyre Housing Association and South Northants Homes.

We have experience in delivering a wide variety of sites including section 106 housing, asset management, rural housing and supported housing.
