New homes in rural areas are a vital resource which can help to strengthen rural communities and protect local services. Rural communities are finding themselves under threat because of the lack of affordable housing for local people.
At Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) we pride ourselves on our knowledge of rural housing issues. We have delivered rural exception sites, rural infill sites and work with partner organisations to identify local housing needs, and provide delivery to meet the needs identified.
Information for parish councils
Parish councils may be interested in working with us to develop affordable housing in their village. New affordable homes can be delivered through a number of different methods.
