A key part of the development programme for Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) is working with developer and house builder partners through the delivery of housing on section 106 sites throughout our operational area.

We are currently in contract with a number of developers who are delivering homes under section 106 planning agreements. We have developed good working relationships with many developers working locally.
