At Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) we are committed to providing new affordable homes and have a proven track record of securing land, achieving planning permission and building high quality homes, and a successful record of accessing grant funding to aid our development programme.

We have established excellent working relationships with our existing stakeholders, and currently deliver around 200 new affordable homes across our delivery area of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire each year.
