We provide new affordable homes to a range of customers through different affordable tenures.
We are always looking to improve on the service we provide and we gather feedback from new residents through satisfaction questionnaires. Information is gathered about the new homes we deliver, including internal and external elements, as well as our services, such as defects reporting, the sales process and more generally about the residents' experience of moving into a new home.
Our recent survey showed that 92% of all respondents said they were either very satisfied or satisfied with their new home.
