How we are governed

Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) adopted the National Housing Federation Code of Governance as its basic Governance document. This is supported by its registered rules, standing orders and financial regulations. Together these provide a clear basis for the conduct of the Group's business.

The Group board has overall responsibility for the Group's governance and compliance with this document.
