Putting the customer first

At Grand Union Housing Group we ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

We recently conducted a groupwide 'Customer First' project, in which we consulted widely with our customers, staff and management and subsequently made a number of improvements to our services, including establishing our customer care standards.

These standards set out what our customers can expect when they contact us. We also have a Customer Feedback Policy, which allows customers to let us know what they think of our service.
