In November 2017, GUHG again received the top assessment – G1 V1 – from its regulatory body, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) for both its Governance and Financial Viability.

The Governance and Financial Viability assessments are carried out annually by the HCA on all Housing Associations across the country.
